2019 Faction Athletics Carnival

Bright colours and beaming faces were the order of the day for our 35th BPS Faction Athletics Carnival! 
The morning program consisted of whole school tabloids, followed by the Junior races, after a delicious morning tea kindly arranged by the Year 6 parents.
After the lunch break, our Middle and Senior classes competed in their individual races with some fantastic individual efforts.
The final part of the day saw some fun events with flag races, tunnel ball, circular relay, passball, leaderball and the baton relay.  Some very close finishes in these events had all parents and spectators making a lot of noise from the sidelines!
As always, our Beldon kids showed amazing sportmanship, and it was great to see everyone having a go.
Thank you to the P&C and our fantastic parent helpers, for providing the sausage sizzle for the hungry masses!
After tallying the results from the Cross Country and the Jumps and Throws events, the final results were: Karda 554, Yonga 486, Waitj 404 and
Nyngarn 382.
