As part of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, Mrs Pashill, together with our Year 6 students and Stephen Clarke, Award winning chef and owner of “Clarkes of North Beach”, will be presenting the 2019 Dinner Under the Stars.
An 8 course degustation menu has been designed by the children, under the guidance of Mrs Pashill and Stephen Clarke. They will prepare, cook and serve this amazing food for you.
The menu consists of:
Selection of homemade rolls
Spicy Mango and ginger sorbet
King Prawn Goong Sarong (deep fried prawn wrapped in vermicelli)
Vegetable Ravioli with coconut milk and lemongrass sauce
Pork Belly with apple textures
Potato and rhubarb gnocchi (WINNING RECIPE for the Potato competition)
Strawberry tart with tropical panacotta
Tea and Coffee
