SAKG Busy Bee

Our very abundant summertime crop of cauliflower, broccoli, Brussel sprouts and eggplant is about to be retired. Next term the garden will move into the Autumn planting of red cabbage, zucchini, silver beet and the exotic sounding kai lan, choy sum, black kale and baby cos.

The seedlings are expected to arrive early next term and our gardening coordinator, Dannie Brogan, is putting a call out to anyone who can lend a hand preparing the garden for planting. If you are available to join us for a Busy Bee between 10am and 3pm on Sunday 5 May, please let us know by commenting on our Facebook post or via email to beldon.ps@education.wa.edu.au.
